Tips and Important Details

• Our Membership Application and Petition for Certification have now been combined into one document. If interested in membership without certification, please only fill out and return the application portion.

• The membership fee may be paid over the phone while membership documents are faxed or mailed separately without payment information filled in.

• If an employee is applying for certification Petition for Certification must be hand signed and returned via mail.

• Submitting resumes along with completed Membership Applications is encouraged.

• Acceptance letters can take up to two weeks to arrive in the mail (up to three weeks if sent internationally).
